Facilitator’s Training
Our school imparts the training to the teachers in a phased manner where the teaching strategies are disseminated in the form of videos and various modules. This helps in enhancement of their teaching skills so that they are continuously updated and are able to impart their best.
For Students
Periodic workshops for grooming a child’s personality are provided to brighten up a child’s prospect for futuristic purposes.
These workshops ensures that the students are updated with the latest trends in curriculum and their self safety modes.
We at Vimla Inter Collage, believe in involvement of students in their own learning as classroom is the place where citizenship starts.
Our tiny tots are ready to fly through learning programs which consist of “hands on” Methodology. We focus on Sensorial/ Training the senses (vision, hearing, touch, taste and smell), Repetition of exercises, Recapitulation of activities and Subjects such as personal care, good manners, cultural studies and arithmetic, order in environment i.e. classification and arrangement of toys in activity room.
We encourage our toddlers to become explorers by encouraging the process of discovering and understanding through a multitude of curricular and co-curricular programmes aimed to celebrate festivals and events.
The school staff utilizes the latest teaching methodologies to make learning an experience. ‘Smart Class’ technology has been adopted with Interactive Boards loaded with numerous information for all classes as per the CBSE curriculum. This audio-visual teaching aid helps to reinforce classroom concepts and bring greater clarity of thought, process and understanding. Seminars, visits by eminent guest faculty/speakers, field visits and project work form an integral part of learning at school. Vimla Inter Collage organises annual excursions for the students for every academic session. Further, the school organizes planned visits to various places to enrich the students .

These trips are tailor made to facilitate the students to know and understand the real, multicultural world. A host of activities are undertaken as a part of trips which act as a catalyst to think out of the box and broaden the outlook. Special Assemblies
To celebrate different occasions as well as achievement of the students, special assemblies are conducted.
Morning assemblies are a very important part of the school curriculum and ritual of the school. It is also age old culture of our country. Every new day commences with prayers offered to Gods and so does it happen in the schools too. Special Assemblies are conducted to make the students aware about certain important events / happenings of those particular days on which the special assemblies are conducted. Special Assemblies are an initiative to bring out the hidden talent of the students and to give them ample of exposure. Special Assemblies are the program presented and designed by a specific class
showcasing their talent under the guidance of their teachers. They perform numerous activities such as prayer, skit, news reading, thought of the day, dance, recitation, song and character dramatization.
The purpose is to polish and train the upcoming artist to help them get rid of stage fright along with that it is also done to give exposure to each and every student by providing a chance to perform on stage in an activity of their choice. It will help in polishing them and preparing them for future.
Vimla Inter Collage believes that the students should become global citizens while retaining their traditional values. Keeping this in mind, all important national days and festivals are celebrated in the school through celebrations and special assemblies. The essence of the festival or the special day is portrayed through dance, music, mime, role play, etc. Abiding by the school vision that is to initiate and support a movement of education driven by the belief that quality holistic learning leads naturally to excellence in all aspects of life, the school provides efficient platform to the students to hone their overall personality.
